My memory

May, the first month of Summer. Children born on the first of May are called May Goslings. The Bee Gees had a song in the top ten one time called The First Of May. May is known as the month of Mary. May altars were erected in many homes. In our house vases of flowers were placed around the picture of the Blessed Virgin Mary which hung over the mantel piece.
